This detached, 800 square foot 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom makes a perfect home for 1-2 people. The spacious interior has vaulted ceilings, a large U-shaped kitchen with an eating peninsula, and all electric appliances and equipment. The plans come complete with everything you need to get building approval from your local city. You can choose between these three different exteriors or customize your own. If you live in San Jose, California, we are expecting “Pre-approval” status in the near future. This means that you or your contractor will be able to pull a building permit over-the-counter, considerably speeding up the process.
