Our builder client bought this beautiful, rural 2.4 acres property in Watsonville with the idea of building a house for speculation. The site was already approved for a modest, single story residence and the foundation was complete. Our challenge was to design a home to fit on the existing foundation. Our client wanted something around 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. We delivered this 2,200 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home complete with a generous covered porch and vaulted ceilings. Our new farmhouse style home just sold for $1.3M.
